Bier Hund (Beer Dog) is an old farmhouse style ale (altbier) from the city of Düsseldorf, Germany.

If you’ve taken a moment and checked out my Instagram profile, you may have noticed that there are quite a few photos of my pup. Every test recipe, bottling day, brew day, etc., Milo has been with us.

We created our altbier and decided that our little beer dog, who happens to be a German Schnauzer, deserves to be recognized.
