Spring Mobile Next Steps was created as an internal communication platform to support employees through the acquisition of Spring Mobile.

During a merger, employees need timely information, clear answers, and a central place to understand what is changing. We designed the site to provide just in time communication focused on transition updates, employee questions, and the information people needed most.

The experience was intentionally light, colorful, and positive to help reduce uncertainty and reinforce the organization’s commitment to employees throughout the transition.

The result was a dedicated communication hub that helped leaders share important updates and gave employees a clearer, more accessible way to stay informed during change.
