The Clearlink Store was created as an internal company store where employees could redeem rewards, purchase branded merchandise, and choose gifts through various incentive programs.

What began as a test in 2015 quickly grew into a full internal eCommerce experience. Employees could access the store directly and purchase company branded items ranging from apparel to backpacks and other merchandise.

We helped create a retail style platform that made company gear easier to access while supporting recognition, culture, and employee connection.

The result was a practical internal store that gave employees more choice and helped extend the Clearlink brand inside the organization.
